Terms of Service & Usage Agreement
These terms govern subscription access, operational responsibilities, and acceptable use across the FoodPulse.AI web and Android applications.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the FoodPulse.AI platform (via web browser or Android mobile application), your organization agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a hospitality entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that client organization.
2. Platform Provisioning & Multi-Site Scope
FoodPulse.AI is licensed on a subscription basis across designated Clients, Sites (e.g., Hotels, Operations Hubs), and Locations (e.g., Main Kitchen, Bakery, Banquet Kitchen). Access rights and location limits are provisioned according to your agreed enterprise plan.
3. AI Output Disclaimer & Human Approval Requirement
AI Chef Studio, automated recipe extraction, smart indents, and suggested purchase orders are provided as intelligent assistive tools. Executive Chefs, Storekeepers, and Purchase Officers remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying recipe yield ratios, unit conversions, supplier rates, and purchase orders before finalizing operational transactions.
4. Customer Responsibilities & Data Integrity
Customer organization is responsible for: (a) Maintaining confidentiality of user credentials; (b) Assigning appropriate site/location role permissions; (c) Verifying supplier contract terms and commercial rates prior to PO dispatch; and (d) Ensuring uploaded menu content and recipe masters comply with applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Intellectual Property & Recipe Rights
You retain all ownership rights to your menu documents, proprietary recipe formulations, yield standards, and kitchen operational ledgers. FoodPulse.AI retains all title and interest in the platform software, user interface design, AI algorithms, and system documentation.
6. Service Availability & Mobile Usage
We maintain standard high-availability targets for our cloud services. Mobile store capture functions in the Android application require appropriate camera permissions and network synchronization capabilities as documented in our platform guides.
7. Modifications & Inquiries
FoodPulse.AI reserves the right to update these terms to support product enhancements or operational changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms. For legal or contractual inquiries, contact inquiries@softwareworkshop.net
